• Your CV, if you upload one - including whatever employment history, qualifications, and contact details it contains

Providing a CV is optional. Please do not include information in your application that is not relevant to the role, such as health details, your date of birth, or a photograph.

Information collected automatically

If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect the following data through Google Analytics:

• Device and browser type
• IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
• Pages visited and time spent on our website
• Referring website or source

This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. It helps us understand how our website is used so we can improve it. No analytics data is collected if you decline cookies.

Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Google may transfer data to servers outside the UK, including in the United States. • Assigned cleaning staff who require your address and access details to provide the agreed service

• Supabase, which hosts the database and file storage behind our careers pages - job applications and any uploaded CVs are stored there on our behalf, and may be processed on servers outside the UK
• IT service providers who help us maintain our website
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil legal obligations. Client records are typically kept for up to 6 years after our last interaction, in line with UK tax and business requirements. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months before being automatically deleted.

Job applications and uploaded CVs are kept for 6 months after the role is filled or withdrawn, then deleted. If you are offered a role, your application becomes part of your employment record and is retained under that basis instead. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing info@aurumcln.com.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time (including for analytics cookies)

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Job applications and uploaded CVs are held in our Supabase project. Application records cannot be read by anyone other than us. If you would rather not upload a CV through the website, you are welcome to email it to us instead.

Physical keys entrusted to us are stored securely using coded reference systems - no client names, addresses, or identifying information is attached to keys. Access codes are stored separately from property address information.
