Wardrobe Organisation & Home Styling
A considered reset of your wardrobe - sorted, edited, and arranged so that getting dressed takes a moment rather than a search. Carried out personally by Daniela, in your home, in a half day or a full day.
Before & After
What a wardrobe reset changes
Everything comes out, goes through a gentle edit, and goes back by category - everyday pieces within reach, the season at the front, the rest stored properly. Nothing is thrown away that you have not decided to part with. The difference is order, not emptiness.
What's Included
What we cover
- A considered arrangement of clothing, accessories, and everyday essentials
- Space planned so that everything has a place, and keeps it
- Everyday pieces within reach, occasion pieces kept safely aside
- Boutique-style folding, matched hangers, and shelves that look finished
- Seasonal rotation - this season to the front, the rest stored properly
- A gentle edit - what stays and what goes, decided together with you
Most people who ask us for this already know how they want it to feel. Opening the wardrobe and seeing what is actually in it. Getting dressed without moving three things to reach a fourth. Knowing where the winter coats went.
Daniela carries out every wardrobe herself. This is close work - it involves your clothes, your bedroom, and decisions that are yours to make - so it is not handed on to anyone else.
For the clients whose homes we already clean, that is usually the part that matters most. There is no new person to vet, no explaining where anything is, and nobody unfamiliar in the bedroom. We already have the keys and we already know the house. If you are not a cleaning client, that is no obstacle at all - we simply start with a conversation instead.
How a wardrobe reset works
We take everything out and go through it with you - quickly, without ceremony, and with no pressure to part with anything. Then we rebuild the wardrobe around how you actually get dressed: everyday pieces at eye level and within reach, occasion pieces protected and set aside, the coming season at the front and the last one stored properly.
The finish is the part clients photograph - folded to a consistent line, hangers matched, shelves squared off. It is not styling for its own sake. A wardrobe that looks composed is a wardrobe that stays composed, because putting something back the right way stops feeling like effort.
A single wardrobe is generally a half day. A full reset across hanging space, shelves, drawers, and the seasonal store is generally a full day.
Who it tends to suit
Professionals who want their home to feel calm rather than managed. Parents who are out of time long before they are out of intentions. Anyone who likes their clothes and would rather see them properly. And anyone who has simply run out of patience with their own wardrobe - which is, honestly, most of the homes we do this in.
We work across South Cambridgeshire and North Essex, fully insured, with the same care we bring to every home.
Questions
Wardrobe Organisation & Home Styling
How long does a wardrobe take?
A single wardrobe is usually a half day. A full reset - hanging space, shelves, drawers, and the seasonal store - usually takes a full day. We will tell you which one your wardrobe needs before you book, not after.
Do I need to be at home while you work?
For the first hour or so, yes. Deciding what stays and what goes is your call and we will not make it for you. Once we have been through that together, you are free to get on with your day while we do the rest.
Will you make me throw things away?
No. Nothing leaves your home without you saying so. Plenty of clients keep almost everything and simply want it arranged properly - that is a perfectly good outcome and often the one that lasts.
Do I need to buy boxes, hangers, or storage first?
Please don't. Most homes already have more than they need, in the wrong places. We work with what you have first, and if something is genuinely missing we will tell you exactly what to buy afterwards.
What happens to the things I decide not to keep?
They are sorted, bagged, and labelled for charity, resale, or textile recycling before we leave, so nothing sits in the hallway for a month. If it helps, we can drop the charity bags off locally on our way.
Do I have to be a cleaning client to book this?
Not at all. Many clients come to this through their regular cleaning, but the service stands on its own and is booked the same way as any other.
Do you organise anywhere other than bedrooms?
Wardrobes are where we start, but the same approach works on airing cupboards, children's clothing, and utility spaces. If you have something specific in mind, ask when you get in touch.
