Meet Daniela
Daniela Starling · Founder
Aurum Cleaning & Co. was founded by Daniela Starling with a simple belief: that a clean home should feel looked after, not just tidied up. What began as a one-person service has grown into a small, trusted team covering 16 towns and villages across South Cambridgeshire and North Essex.
Daniela personally completes every first clean. This isn't a formality — it's how she learns the layout of your home, understands your expectations, and plans how future visits should be carried out. After that initial visit, she introduces you to the cleaner who will look after your home on a regular basis, with a short transition period to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
This hands-on approach means no client is ever left with a stranger. You know who is coming into your home, and you've met them before they arrive.

Daniela completes every first clean personally, then introduces a dedicated cleaner during a supervised transition period.
Same Cleaner, Every Time
Consistency matters. Your regular cleaner learns the rhythm of your home and works to the same high standard visit after visit.
Fully Insured & DBS-Checked
Every clean is covered by full public liability insurance. All team members are DBS-checked, and we offer a secure key-holding service under a coded agreement linked to our policy.
Eco-Friendly Products
We use non-toxic, biodegradable products and refill our bottles to reduce plastic waste. Or we can use your preferred products on request.
