What cleaning services do you offer?

We provide regular weekly, fortnightly, and monthly domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, Airbnb changeovers, and one-off cleans. Laundry, bed-changing, and ironing can also be added on request.

What are your working hours?

My team and I work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for Airbnb changeovers or urgent bookings. We always aim to be flexible and accommodate your schedule wherever possible.

Who will be cleaning my home?

I always complete the initial clean myself. This allows me to understand your home, learn your expectations, and assess the space so I can plan future visits properly.

After that, you will be introduced to the cleaner who will work alongside me for a short transition period. This ensures you feel comfortable and gives both sides the chance to make sure it's a good fit. We never send someone you haven't met before.

You will usually have the same cleaner each visit for consistency and peace of mind. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, I will step in myself or send a trusted team member — and you will be informed in advance.

Do you offer a key-holding service?

Yes. If you prefer, we can securely hold your key under a coded key-holder agreement linked to our insurance. We provide a key-handover document explaining how your key is stored and handled safely, along with a staff acknowledgement form once trust is established and you feel comfortable proceeding.

Do you bring your own cleaning products?

Yes, we can bring our own products, or we can use yours if you prefer specific brands or scents. We use products that meet environmental standards and refill our bottles to help reduce plastic waste.

Are you comfortable working around pets?

Absolutely. We are experienced working in homes with dogs, cats, and other pets. Just let us know if your pet needs to be secured during the clean.

How do payments work?

Payments can be made by bank transfer after each clean, or monthly for regular clients. Invoices and payment confirmations are always provided for your records.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Many clients prefer to give us access via key or door code. We clean, lock up, and leave your home fresh and tidy for your return. Whether you are home or not makes no difference to the quality of our work — we clean to the same high standard either way.

Do you clean Airbnb properties?

Yes. Airbnb changeovers are one of our specialties. We handle cleaning, linen changes, laundry, restocking essentials, and reporting any issues to ensure your guests arrive to a spotless home.
