Cleaning Operative — South Cambridgeshire
Aurum Cleaning & Co. is hiring a flexible, part-time cleaning operative to join our growing team across South Cambridgeshire and North Essex.
- • Carry out regular domestic cleaning to Aurum's high standards
- • Travel between client homes across the CB21, CB22, CB10, and CB11 postcode areas
- • Follow individual client care plans and cleaning preferences
- • Communicate clearly with the team and with clients when needed

Aurum Cleaning & Co. is a fully insured domestic cleaning company based in Linton, Cambridgeshire, founded by Daniela Starling. We provide regular cleaning, deep cleans, and Airbnb changeovers across 16 towns and villages in South Cambridgeshire and North Essex.
We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a small, supportive team. This is a payrolled position — not self-employed — offering stability, regular hours, and room to grow.
A typical week involves visiting the same clients on a consistent schedule, so you’ll get to know each home and build real relationships. We cover villages including Sawston, Balsham, Abington, Haverhill, and Saffron Walden.

What hours are available?
We offer flexible part-time hours, typically Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Saturday mornings are occasionally available too.
Is training provided?
Absolutely. Every new team member receives full initial training from our founder, Daniela. We also provide ongoing support as you settle in.
Do I need to bring my own products?
No — we supply all cleaning products and equipment. You just need to bring yourself and your car.
